Eclipse安装插件不起作用

我正在尝试从http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/向Eclipse添加Android插件。输入URL后没有任何反应。我已经取消选中“在安装过程中联系所有更新站点以查找所需的软件”，但它仍然无效。

我曾经使用本地代理，但我不再使用（但它仍然在后台运行）。由于我从未在办公室外工作过Eclipse，因此互联网连接始终有效。我删除了设置，现在它可以正常工作。
