问题： Backup-SPSite和Restore-SPSite适用于网站集，但不适用于网站。我收到以下错误

restore operations work only for top-level Web sites. Enter the URL for a site
to try the operation again.
请帮助您更改网站的网址。我知道您无法更改Sharepoint站点的URL，但我认为可以使用备份和还原来实现相同的目标。
我无法理解微软这样的公司如何不提供轻松更改网址的选项。
