您需要将npm-run-all添加到您的“ 依赖项”中，而不是添加到package.json中的“ devDependancies ”中。

在构建应用程序时，默认情况下Heroku运行 start 脚本，并且无法成功运行npm-run-all（我在终端中运行heroku logs后发现） 。我最初使用this这样的脚本（请注意我在启动脚本中使用npm-run-all的方式）并遇到应用程序错误。
我只是将开始脚本更改回node server.js并创建了一个新脚本来运行npm-run-all，例如this。这对我有用。
