print(sum(%s)=%s) % (partial, target)

是错误的,因为您正在使用字符串格式的模式来处理不是字符串的事情。你可能想做

print("sum(%s)=%s" % (partial, target))

仍然是旧语法,您更喜欢the new syntax

print("sum({})={}".format(partial, target))
