我通过谷歌搜索找到了答案。从＆＃34;帐户/协议/ EwsUrl =＆＃34;返回的URL属性给了我想要指向我的webservice的价值。

..但是EwsUrl是正确的

服务器平台已升级到2013，但目标邮箱仍处于2007模式。解决方法是将邮箱迁移到2013并再次开始工作。所以这是一个环境而不是代码修复。
