while ((bytesRead = fis.read(byteArray)) != -1)

你需要在某处使用bytesRead的值。

此外,这可能无法一次性将整个文件读入数组(它只能读取I / O缓冲区中的数据),因此您的循环可能无法正常工作,最终可能会有半个图像在你的阵列中。
