也许尝试以root身份删除文件/usr/lib/eclipse/.eclipseproduct？
sudo rm /usr/lib/eclipse/.eclipseproduct

我会使用Ubuntu的卸载程序删除它（必要时手动删除），然后安装从eclipse.org下载的Eclipse。我从不使用Linux发行版附带的Eclipse。
