我有同样的问题，但我认为这是因为我使用的是eclipse Juno（谷歌文档说使用indigo）。这个码头项目最近在日食伞下移动，并且码头组（org.mortbay.jetty.server）被重命名（见http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/jetty/）。因此3.7 google插件无法正确解析依赖关系。

如果您仍然想要插件的早期版本（3.x），请尝试复制已安装该插件版本的某个团队成员的插件目录。我无法想象谷歌为什么会退出以前版本的插件！
