好的发现了问题！这里发生了重大的疯狂事件。有人设置了LoadScriptStrategy 在web.xml中将参数设置为NONE。这使得framework.pack.js和ui.pack.js NOT 加载。

我可以清楚地看到您的xhtml有一个结束标记</a4j:outputPanel>但没有开始标记：<a4j:outputPanel>
如果您重新排列标记，它将会有效。
