General SOCKS server failure可能是任何东西。例如，您的TOR节点可能不知道如何到达指定的出口节点。这种情况发生了很多。退出可能列在其中一个状态页面上，但仍无法从您的tor节点访问。尝试不同的退出，或稍后重试。通常，当您请求特定的退出节点时，通过网络建立链接需要几分钟的时间。
