解决方案确实是增加-XX:MaxPermSize值，而1024m应该足够（实际上它相当大）。你仍然得到错误的事实表明该值被忽略，很可能它被覆盖在其他地方。
据我所知，CATALINA_OPTS覆盖了JAVA_OPTS中设置的许多参数。在catalina.bat文件中进一步查看定义MaxPermSize设置的其他位置。
