如何确定scrollviewer中的ListtBoxItem高度？

我在Scrollviewer中有一个列表框。列表框没有滚动查看器（vertical scroll bar visibility=disabled），因此我无法使用SrollIntoView。我只能使用Scrollviewer.ScrollToVerticalOffset。

那么如何通过索引确定ListBoxItemHeight？当我可以确定listboxItem的高度时，我可以使用ScrollToVertical偏移方法。
