Fileupload Interceptor没有上传Struts2 Maven中的任何文件

我正在使用maven中的Struts2开发一个应用程序。我使用了fileupload interceptor和allowtypes as image/jpeg但是当我尝试上传jpeg文件时，它会提供content type not allowed。我是否需要在我的pom.xml中添加任何jar依赖项？
