我想我弄清楚了。我有一个OracleClob输入参数来调用thre oracle存储过程，我设置了如下参数：

问题是我没有处理tempLob手册，只是让GC Finalizer这样做。 另一方面，当reportviewer尝试设置或获取参数时，她首先编译报告，就像任务第一个clr堆栈显示一样。 reportviewer创建一个临时AppDomain来编译报表，编译完成后，这个AppDomain只是卸载了。因此，当卸载AppDomain时，clr挂起所有线程并找到该AppDomain的相关线程...最后调用GC，因此对象的Finalize方法也被调用。当OracleClob的Finalize调用时，它会输入一个CriticalSection来释放内存。但是现在其他线程是Execute ODP.NET查询和等待结果，它也在CriticalSection中，执行finalize方法等到查询完成。这个现象就像问题所示。 这里有更多的调试信息： 完成线程的本机堆栈。
