•Software Updates -> Manage sites -> Export (bookmarks.xml)
•exit eclipse
•go to your eclipse/configuration/.settings/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.*.prefs and delete files (after backup)
•Restart eclipse
•re-import bookmarks.xml
