如果这是绝对的和合格的解决方案,我不是一般的,但你可以尝试为你的适配器添加一个所有TextView的值容器(如数据集)(它可能是一个普通的ArrayList或类似的事情。)

然后在每个TextWatcher上设置EditText

mEditText.addTextChangedListener(new TextWatcher() {...});

每次更改EditText值时,都会更改列表项的值。

onSaveInstanceState()方法中,您只需要从适配器中检索值。
