您是否有多个部署者使用相同的传入位置？

看起来您正在将Deployer作为WebApp运行 - 是否也在系统上运行Deployer服务？

如果搜索名为“cd_deployer_conf.xml”的所有文件，是否定义了相同的传入文件夹（D：\ Inetpub \ TridionPublisherFS4SP \ incoming）？

否则，您可以使用ProcMon来查看该文件夹，并查看其他人正在访问该文件。

如果您仍有此问题，可以尝试 1.删除传入的所有文件， 2.确保没有为传入文件夹启用加密（某些公司会立即将加密脚本应用于添加到驱动器的文件）或 3.确保您的防病毒软件没有筛选该文件夹（如Nuno所述）。
