添加和删除处理程序有什么区别？

为什么注册http处理程序的方法不止一种？

<system.web>部分适用于IIS6及更低版本，而<system.webServer>适用于IIS7及更高版本。为IIS7重新设计了web.config的布局，使其更加强大/友好，但代价是向后兼容。
