我想要的只是切换过程创建通知（背景）

    intent.addFlags(Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK | Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_SINGLE_TOP);
    PendingIntent pendingIntent = PendingIntent.getActivity(this, 0, intent, PendingIntent.FLAG_CANCEL_CURRENT);

这会将现有任务带到前台，而不会实际创建新的Activity。如果您的应用程序没有运行，它将创建一个MyRootActivity实例并启动它。
