我创建了将Excel表格转换为多个插入命令的函数。

将其复制到模块中，然后在公式中，将第一个参数设置为需要插入的单元格的值，第二个范围应该是列的名称（按F4将其设置为常量），第三个（可选）表的名称。如果未指定表名，则表的名称将用作默认值。
