mysql用另一个表中的数据更新一个表

update customers
set customers.email = initialsynctemptable.thinkEmail,
    customers.packages = initialsynctemptable.thinkPackages 
FROM customers INNER JOIN initialsynctemptable
ON  customers.id = initialsynctemptable.customerID
