有没有人对这里可能发生的事情有任何想法？我可以毫无问题地成功使用https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-php。我想做的就是在php / apache旁边获得NEW RELIC支持。

通过快速查看buildpack，$BUILDPACK_S3_BUCKET似乎没有设置when downloading Apache，这显然会导致某些内容（很可能是S3 XML错误页面）{{ 1}}。我要么向第三方buildpack的所有者或分叉提出问题并自行修复。
