我能够解决自己的问题。对于那些具有相同问题的人，请尝试使用以下内容：

OpenSSL::SSL::VERIFY_PEER = OpenSSL::SSL::VERIFY_NONE

它会禁用SSL安全性，但它允许您处理故障排除。根本问题是过时的SSL。
