mobclix未显示任何广告，未能加载错误代码为503和999999的广告

我正在开发Android应用程序，其中我想使用Mobclix来投放广告。 我已经下载了Mobclix SDK及其示例项目。 我已将示例项目中的App_Id替换为我的App_Id，但它不显示任何广告（甚至不显示测试广告）。 当我看着我的Logcat时，我看到以下是关注点：

广告请求因error code: -999999

OR

广告请求因error code: -503

而失败

OR

广告请求因error code: -777777

而失败 这是什么意思？ 我怎么能解决这个问题？

-503    // Advertisement is not available at this time.
-777777 // Ad did not display because the app is not in the foreground.
-999999 // Ad size has been disabled on the Mobclix Developer Dashboard.
