无法让Compass运行

我正在运行Linux Mint 15.我不知道这是否是Path问题，但是我使用gem install compass安装指南针并且它显示1 gem installed。然后当我输入compass -v时，我得到以下内容：

必须将source ~/.bash_profile放在我的.bashrc文件中。但现在错误是
