您的设置接缝是针对tinymce 3.x.忘记这一点，升级到4.x并使用如下：

    tinymce.init({
         fontsize_formats: "8pt 9pt 10pt 11pt 12pt 26pt 36pt",
         theme: 'modern',

    toolbar: "undo redo pastetext | styleselect | fontselect | fontsizeselect"
