在 Ubuntu trusty / 14.04 上使用 Mono JIT编译器版本3.2.8（Debian 3.2.8 + dfsg-4ubuntu1）
我收到了同样的错误，发现它是由于Nuget.exe的版本
3.3.0.212 失败但旧版 2.8.1.0 工作正常。
还可以通过以下方式更新到nuget版本：
nuget.exe update -self
将我的nuget.exe更新为 3.4.4-rtm-final 导致了其他问题。
所以我的解决方案是使用较旧的nuget.exe。
