在VS中调试我的代码，我看到Global.asax的Application_Start方法被调用了两次：

首次启动服务器
登录后第二次

登录方法：

  AuthenticationCookie.SetSessionCookie(userName);
  FormsAuthentication.RedirectFromLoginPage(userName, false);
  System.Threading.Thread.CurrentPrincipal = user;

Web.config文件如下（不包括100％不相关的部分）：
