我猜你正在尝试使用WSO2IS的政策。根据政策，它适用于“图像”资源。您已使用目标元素定义它。但是在您的请求中，您没有发送“图像”？因此，策略不适用于此请求，并且服务器中没有适用于请求的其他策略，如果您要根据您的策略发送将返回“permit”的请求，请尝试以下请求。在这里，您将向“images”和“blue.jpg”发送值，并修改主题类别的属性ID。
