我没有放弃了解完整的问题，但是如果你不希望ListBoxItem的内容与ItemTemplate完全相同，则将ContentControl替换为ContentPresenter。

编辑2：删除itemtemplate设置listboxitem的背景，用Setter绑定到你的转换器，在你的模板中你的Grid的Backgorund绑定到它模板化的父背景。
