如果tcpdump直接从数据中提取数据,那么它可以捕获内核可能遗漏的数据报。内核和tcpdump都将具有不同的数据缓冲区,并且如果内核的缓冲区填充,我会认为它可能会丢弃数据包。

如果tcpdump在与实际接收数据的机器不同的机器上运行,则更有可能。
