这是因为windows 7 64位中的websphere存在错误。尝试将所有dll从C:\IBM\WebSphere8\AppServer\lib\native\win\x86_32复制到C:\IBM\WebSphere8\AppServer\lib\native\win\x86_64文件夹中（不要忘记先在某些地方保存旧文件）。

这不是一个优雅的解决方案，但它有效。
