对于初学者来说，需要更新网页版本

应该是

<add key="webpages:Version" value="3.0.0.0" />

Visual Studio 2013不支持MVC3。当我升级我的操作系统（Win7 - Win8.1）和IDE（VS2012到VS2013）时，我失去了处理现有项目的能力。

我最终“升级”我的项目以将MVC4用作here。我做了一个新的项目，复制我的模型，脚本，视图，控制器，删除一些现有的脚手架，并修复我的数据上下文。易于peasy。
