表单发送消息两次

Question

我正在调整自由表单并且工作正常，但它会发送两次电子邮件并在完成两次后写入消息。我试图通过一个输入标签用＆＃34;按钮＆＃34;来替换表单中的按钮和输入标签。类型但它兑现。另外问题是每次点击都会运行脚本并发送下一条消息，所以如果我在一瞬间点击几次就会发送大量的电子邮件。我应该在php或js中禁止这个吗？
