BackgroundAgent无法在Windows Phone 8.1中使用

Question

当我将Windows Phone 8应用程序升级到Windows Phone 8.1时。我的BackgroundAgent停止了工作。

我已经在WMAppManifest文件中注册了它，就像我在Windows Phone 8中所做的那样。但是当我在调试模式下调用LaunchForTest时，它给了我一个错误Agent Not Found。

System.InvalidOperationException: 'AutoUploadAgent' doesn't exist
