-b 适用于您的机器超过1000秒的同步

-u 使ntpdate使用非特权端口

ssh localhost "sudo apt-get install ntp ntpdate ; sudo service ntp stop; sudo ntpdate 0.ubuntu.pool.ntp.org; sudo service ntp start"
