创建文件夹时出错

有一个网站我会收到此类错误 Error creating the folder wp-content/uploads/noisy. Please create it manually and set the permission to 777 through your FTP client.

在ftp部分，我将文件权限更改为777，但错误仍在运行。
我也删除了这个文件夹，但无论如何我都收到了这个错误。

我已将此行添加到config.php define('UPLOADS', '/wp-content/uploads');
