错误消息表明您正在尝试从网络位置或网络加载程序集 - 有点误导，但也有点真实。
问题是由Windows 7“知道”DLL已经从网上下载引起的，即使它当时可能在zip文件中。因此，该文件被标记为可能不安全。要解决此问题，请右键单击DLL，选择“属性”，然后单击“取消阻止”按钮。瞧！ （或者，您可以在解压缩文件之前解锁zip文件。）
