我在这个mysite上将主要网站集管理员更改为自己，这很有用。此消息来自主网站集管理员，即已删除的用户。

转到管理中心＆gt; <应用程序管理>网站集管理员并选择您的mysite应用程序，然后选择此网站的用户网站集。

看起来用户已被删除（可能是由于与AD同步）但尚未从搜索索引中删除。您需要查看导致用户被删除的原因。
