将{Web站点添加到Gemfile下的group :test, :development。

根据B-Seven对我原始问题的建议（见修订版），我最初是在追踪localhost:3000。他说这是不对的。经过进一步的研究，我同意，因为与WebMock的存根通常是为外部 http连接保留的。

我决定不将配置变量作为我的存根请求输入，因为它会导致长行代码。相反，这就是我需要在test.rb中取消注释这些配置的原因。
