您已离场，但传递给SecureStringToBSTR的参数必须为SecureString。您似乎传递了ConvertFrom-SecureString的结果，这是一个加密的标准字符串。因此，在传递给ConvertTo-SecureString之前，请先致电SecureStringToBSTR。

$SecurePassword = ConvertTo-SecureString $PlainPassword
