带有查询字符串的CSS文件在Apache 2.4上以Text / Plain的形式返回

我遇到一个问题，Apache 2.4将所有css文件作为mime类型text/plain返回，但前提是我在末尾EG有一个查询字符串：

homepage.css - works
homepage.css?seed=123323980 does not

这在Apache 2.2上很好，但是在Apache 2.4上我无法使用它。
