您并未真正解释如何在downloadTorrent功能中提供torrent文件。如果您已经在计算机上下载了torrent文件，则您的功能有效。

如果您想提供一个torrent url作为此函数的参数，您需要将http响应读作字节，如torrent = lt.bdecode(urllib2.urlopen(torrent_url, 'rb').read())
