如果您要继续在开发中运行SQLite，请运行

bundle install --without production

这会阻止Bundler尝试安装pg，但Heroku将在部署时安装pg，因为它们运行--without development,test。

但是，假设您坚持使用不同的数据库类型。你宝石文件中的这一行对我来说很奇怪 - “不是开发”
