安装ImageResizer AzureReader2插件时出错。这是在使用Nuget安装ImageResizer软件包的空Web项目中进行的全新安装。

我通过迁移到ImageResizer版本4.0堆栈来解决了这个问题，此时此版本处于预发布状态并且未显示在软件包管理器控制台中。
