这是因为你的tomcat缺少某些用于web服务的jar。从here下载jar并将这些库添加到tomcat / lib文件夹。这将像魅力一样工作:)

如果您使用除oracle之外的JRE，则会发生这种情况。 （例如openjdk）。

因此，请确保您使用的是Oracle JDK并且路径设置正确。您可以使用java -version进行检查。
