<targets async="true">只是用AsyncWrapper目标包装所有目标的简写。即您的配置相当于：

此异步包装器将使用默认设置。对您而言最重要的是queueLimit，默认情况下为10000，overflowAction默认为Discard。这是什么意思？编写器线程在队列中有超过10000条日志消息后，所有新的日志消息都被丢弃。确保处理所有日志消息的最简单方法是将默认的overflowAction值更改为Grow。但您需要手动指定AsyncWrapper：
