我有一个类似的问题，过了一段时间我发现htmlmin因为一个html文件上的标签无效而挂起。
尝试运行：
grunt htmlmin --verbose
如果它挂起，你应该看到有问题的html文件的名称。
之后尝试使用一个html validator在您的文件中找到问题。
