Xcode 6.3在错误的位置创建新文件

上次我将OS X更新为El Capitan并安装了Xcode的更新。现在它是6.3.2。当我想在最近或新项目上添加一个新文件（可可触摸）时，Xcode会从项目中创建它。文件在正确的方向上是虚拟的。

And this is bad final effect - it should be on "Test Project" with other files

当然。 Screen with file in finder - it's with others, so here it's cool, but in Xcode itself it appears bad.
