我自己修好了。我的安全文件夹 / jre / lib / security 中的文件很少搞砸了。下载最新的Java Cryptography Extension（JCE）并将jar（下载US_export_policy.jar 和 local_policy.jar ）放入安全文件夹中。我的日食现在运作正常。
